Static Cycling classes*
Come along and try one of our mixed ability, fun and energetic Spin class sessions using our brand new ‘Star Trac’ bikes. 
A very popular exercise class that can help you, burn fat, build and tone muscles and increase aerobic strength.  Performed on stationary bikes, the instructor starts the class with a warm up and then takes the class through a series of exercises ranging from, hill work to sprint races.
